When do we need change?
My friend asked me, if you want to eat the same food for life, which food would you eat.
I replied, I can’t eat the same food everyday. What she means what is your favourite food of that much..
This question is completely wrong. How to eat same food for our lifetime. No matter how much your favourite food is.. if you eat it everyday, you will not like it. Moreover, the nutrition our body needs does not come from just one food.
Eating something in moderation makes it taste better. When I prepare my favourite food, I always make a little bit of it. I know, it will be tasty. But I will do it less. Because if we want to eat it again, we will not see it there.
Not just food. The same formula apply to everything.
Let’s say we go on vacation and enjoy the nature and food there for 2 days. When we come back home we feel very relaxing when we see our house.
Going vacation is very exciting. But once we come back we step into our room and feel like it’s been a long time since we left our house.
We want change in every aspect of life but there should never be any change in our relationship. Our parents, our children, our life partner, of course our friends no matter how boring we are…don’t ever think to change them. It is necessary to make some changes in life. If we stick to one thing, our life will also be stuck to one thing. It is not just because of boring but if you want to move forward in your life you have to make changes. Only if you change your habits, there will be changed in your life.
