Toughest journey in women’s life, no pain no baby (part 2)

For many days the moment you have been waiting for.. is going to come before your eyes in next 3 months. But it is not that easy. How technology has advanced, how much science has changed the days.. your baby will be in your arms only if you feel the pain. No pain no, baby.

This stage is a bit painful stage. You have to be strong physically and mentally. Many women have low hemoglobin percentage in the blood. You should improve it from the first stage. If not then at least improve in this stage. Otherwise your body will not have the strength to bear the pain during the delivery time. Calcium, iron food should also be taken more. In this stage it will take some effort to walk, sit, lie down. You will also see the swelling of hands and legs.

Keep your mind strong. It is your courage that will bring your baby safely to you.”the fear of what will happen to me and the baby? Is the first doubt that enters a woman’s brain when labour pains begin.

Maybe you need to operate and take out your baby,(C section )you don’t have to worry about it, whatever happens the mother just wants to keep the baby safe. The pain is the same in both the normal and C section.

Women are mentally strong, that’s why I believe that god has given women such a big responsibility, the power to bear pain comes from our brains and not from our body.

After 6 hours of pain our baby comes into our arms, but for the rest of our life we remember only the moment we hold the baby in our arms, only that little life has the power to take 6 hours of pain away in half minute.
