The power of 21 days challenge

If we want to do something, if we do it continuously for 21 days.. it becomes a part of our life. That’s why the 21 days challenge is unique. It is also known as monk mode. If you notice a monk, he always meditate and complete his work without talking to anyone. They don’t have any destructions. I say that there is no difficulties and not for obstacles. This means that our focus is always comfortable. When there are no obstacles we complete our work. Moms doesn’t have a family. Of course family may not be distraction, if not we will be stuck in the middle of our responsibilities. If we want to do something, we have to think about our family. Then we control our thoughts, that is where our success is begins.

  1. What is your goal ?

Good marks in exams? Getting good job? Success in business.. get a clarity on your goal before you start. You should your goal is be real. At the age of 30, I will go to the Olympics and bring a gold medal. It means that there is no honesty in your goal. Clarity should be in your goal, it should be achievable.

2. What is your gold time ?

Then it task should have a specific time, that is the first feature of 21 days challenge. If we don’t make time for a task we will always procastinate. If you are goal is to lose weight in a month, then you should start your work from day one accordingly. You should wake up early in the morning, from day one you should do your exercise. If you think that, what will be lost if you don’t do it one day, your mind will tell the same thing again from the second day. That’s why you should do it even if you don’t feel like doing at all the time.

3. Put your destructions aside :

The biggest destruction of these days is the mobile phone. Stay away from your mobile for sure. A minimum of 6 to 8 I was a day is allocated to mobile. At least we don’t know how much time will be wasted. If your work is tied to your phone,Perhaps unnecessary apps on your mobile.(Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook etc) if you are a student then it take a time to use mobile for the information you need.

4. Set a strict rules :

In your 21 days challenge you need to set some rules. If you have exams in a month, then it is strict rule.. not to chat with your friends during this exam. Set your rules according to your target. If you make a rule that you should avoid any activities that disturb you work, Your work will be much easier. Don’t make too many of these rules stress will be more on your mind.

5. Give it a break :

You have a said some strict rules on how to achieve the goal, give your work a break too. If you are tired after working all the time, if you give a little break. Your mind will relax little. Then we can do our job even better. But don’t take this break too much. Because what you are doing is 21 days challenge.

6. Take care of your health :

Whatever you goal is .. important that you take care of your health. Before reaching the goal of 21 days you need to be healthy. Even if you are goal is to lose weight, even then you should concentrate on your food. It is very important to be healthy before doing whatever you want to do..

Also one last word, don’t think you will send a rocket space in 21 days. Never expect your whole life to change in 21 days. If you can complete one small task in your target, it will give you a motivation to complete another task. So start your work today..
