I don’t know what is friendship..
In this world, if there is any relationship that we can form ourselves, it is only friendship. I don’t know much about friendship because I don’t have friends. So I mostly make friendship with books. I believe in the quote that “a good book is a good friend..”
But after I got married I saw true friendship in the form of my husband’s friends. He is indeed very lucky in this regard. Now a days friendship has become just a timepass. At the time I saw all his friends, my opinion has changed about friendship.
As far as I know he has about 10 friends. The friendship that started from the school stage, is still the same for almost 25 years. Even though they are all professionally far away. That means it is true friendship in my view.
That’s why, my husband always use it to make fun of me saying that, “you don’t have friends, I have many friends”. But I never bothered about this, because I always respect his friends.
Whenever we go to village, they always have time to spend at least 1 hour with him. Everyone has work right? Why should they spend that one hour for us? What is need for them? What is need for them to change their entire scheduled for us?
They are always with us in our difficulties and they are reason for our happiness.
We keep reading very good quotes about friendship on WhatsApp, that too is just on day of friendship day. But I got the chance to see real friends very closely. Sometimes I feel that I wish I had friends like this. Maybe everyone is not lucky.
