Pani puri is one of my favourite evening snack. I don’t know, why Indian people are so connected to this pani puri. It is an emotion, a weakness, and above all an addiction. Yes. When I come to know this, during the pandemic time, no matter how much the doctors and elders at home told me, please stay away from street food. I could not stay from it. That is the happiness that cannot be eaten while sitting in a 5 star hotel, while standing on the road and eating pani puri taste better and his also having fun. By 4:00 p.m. pani puri is calling us with this smell.

All the pollution is there on the road, pani puri sellers are not clean. Yes. it is not hygienic. This is known to all. Everyone has to agree. But have you ever noticed, all those who eat pani puri are below 40 years. No matter how hygienic are there, only increases its flavour and not reduced. Go out on any work, anytime of the day, eat Pani Puri and come back to home. Specially monsoon season, it’s taste will increase even more.

#Panipuri means.. Pani means water in Hindi. This water is made with all spices, tamarind, mint leaves and coriander. Puri is puffed in round in shape, which is small in size.

Many stories are heard about pani puri, according to Mahabharata, Draupadi is first time kukur to this dish to impress her mother in law Kunti. They also say that pani puri is another name of golgappa. It should be said that, it is a North Indian food. Started there and spread all over the country. Pani puri has many specialities. Not just it’s taste but also it’s speciality in eating. Those who want to eat it for the first time, should definitely know how to eat. Puri has water in it, so it should be put in the mouth immediately. Only then you can enjoy the real taste. Perhaps, the name pani puri also came from this. The size of the Puri is also made very small to be in that made of eating.

Since we are eating about pani puri…now I want to tell the story of a girl who is very famous with pani puri in India in recent times. Her name is Taapsee Upadhyay. I was very surprises after her story I saw in YouTube (#BTech wali pani puri#healthy version) it is surprising that a girl who has not even completed her graduation cancel pani puri and a 9 lakhs per month. Simply put, the girl job is to sell pani puri. But the strategy is used is different. Which is to make pani puri in a healthy version. puri is actually made from maida. But this girl used to wheat flour. Air fried instead of the pride in oil. She started making this pani puri recipe in front of everyone eyes. Making a street food is healthy is not an easy task. What else is great about this girl is, she goes to college on the day, And sell pani puri in the evening.

Don’t think that graduation in computer science, doing in pani puri business…no matter how much you study, you never histed to do small work.

Is it a feat Taapsee or pani puri? Both of them. Yes why not? If there are people in India who love pani puri, if it is not an emotion why does Tapsee think of doing this? The girl must be appreciated. Let’s hope that this healthy Puri, which is limited to one region today, will spread all over the country tomorrow. Let’s hope that the day will come when unhealthy Puri will put a side.
