A story of my glass of water (my personal experience)
Small habits in our life can keep us away from big problems. Sometimes we don’t think too much about such things. Today I want to share with you all about such an experience in my life. Until about 3 years ago, I used to suffer from severe headache. It start from the forehead of my head (either right or left side) the pain that started like sometimes came to the top of the head and also to the neck. Some days I don’t take it seriously. I thought it was small headache and would go away if I slept for a while. But some days it was.. I had at least 3 days in a week. Whenever this pain started.. then I couldn’t sleep properly. So for the first time, I consulted an eye specialist (ENT) what they told me..”sometimes this happened due to malnutrition. Make sure that there are more green vegetables in your diet. But this didn’t change anything. Day by day my pain is getting wrose. That’s when thought how to solve my problem without knowing anything about my problem??
For the first time I such a about it on Google. It was there that I hear that word migraine. It is also known as migraine headache. Everyone may think that a small headache need Such an exploitation?? But what I personally know is that this headache or mainly caused by stress.
If we can’t do the things, we you want to do on time, whether it is an in the office or at home, then stress takes on your brain. That’s when this headache start, would you believe that headache feels like when you have not slept at least an hour at night. If you don’t sleep well at night, we can’t focus on anything of my work on next day. In a week like this, I used to face 3 days along with my pain is also there.
So one day I consulted a neurologist. What did he say “there is no medicine for migraine”my stress is increased even more water heard that. It is said that this can be avoided by making some changes in our lifestyle. What they are…
At least eight to nine hours of sleep is required in a day. It is better to avoid tea or coffees almost or completely. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration. Along with that, yoga and some breathing exercises should also be done to reduce stress. Also try to take a nap in the afternoon if you can.
Migraine or different for each persons. Some people get this headache after hearing too much lights or loud noises. Once a headache start it can last anywhere from 24 to 48 hours. Moreover this headache is also caused by the food we eat. You need to realise that what foods you in excess can you give you this pain. Award those substances as much as possible.
Talking about my personal experience, the first habit I did was drinking warm water with a little bit of honey. I started this habit 3 years ago. Small habit made by pain go away so much that”I saw the result in 3 months. I used use a painkiller twice a week, now I don’t use one painkiller at least a month. If you can ask me if all this due to drinking one glass of freshwater “I can strongly and definitely say YES…YES..
Of course I also started some small habits along with its. Walking for 10 minutes, not going in the sun as much as possible.. definitely going to sleep early at night. Now I am 90% free from my migraine. For the past 3 years my day has started with a glass of water.
All the health problems can not be overcome only by the medicines given by doctors.. but also buy the small changes we make and our own strength is also important..
